Services we provide In the transaction fees you pay in advance, we will host your website on one or more of our server, provided that you comply with the terms and conditions set out on this page, and in other provisions related to the services we can provide to you. We will provide the services in accordance with the specifications listed for the hosting package that you select during the registration process. For clarity, in this page, service refer to the web hosting services that we will provide to you and, if you are an Affiliate, the services we provide to You in connection with that program. Terms GiloNetwork.com refers to the hosting service.

For us to host your website, it is necessary for you to upload your content to our servers. When you're done uploading, you are creating one or more copies of your content on our system. By purchasing hosting services from us, you acknowledge that this is being done, copy and give us permission (license) to keep a copy and make it available to internet users. You are responsible for providing all content and other data that make up your website.

When services will be available We will attempt to provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for as long as You make a payment according to the plan you purchased. Sometimes, however, for some reason, the service may not be available to you. You have to realise and acknowledge that due to the nature of web hosting technologies, occasional unavailability of the services cannot be avoided. Sometimes there is damage to the equipment. At other times, we do periodic maintenance procedures or repairs. But other times, there are causes beyond our control such as electrical interference, interruption, or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks, network traffic and other events. We do not promise to provide services without interference.

Personal information When you order our service, your personal information, including your credit card information, informed through the use of Secure Socket Layer technology, the industry standard to encrypt sensitive information. We take your privacy very seriously, and as such, will not sell your personal information to any third party (other than a company can buy the GiloNetwork.com), and will take reasonable steps to guard against that is disclosed to third parties. Verification There are many instances where we may need to verify your order. You can send a verification to our address billing@GiloNetwork.com to be verified by our billing department, and it will be removed and destroyed thereafter. We strongly believe in your privacy and protect your sensitive information.

Cancellation As described in this paragraph, we offer you a money-back guarantee on all shared hosting if you cancel with us during the first 7 days. Keep in mind, plan resellers are not eligible for the money-back guarantee. And here is how our cancellation policy works. It is very simple. If you cancel your account within 7 days of the first registers, we will give you a full refund excluding any setup fee charged when you sign up, and domain registration fees are not included. The only way to cancel your account by sending us information through our cancellation form. After completing the process of cancellation, your account will be immediately terminated. If we register domain names for you as part of your hosting package with us, and you decide that you want to cancel your account during the first 7 days, then we will reduce the cost of domain names of the money back to you. Does not qualify for a refund, the Domain. If you cancel your account after the first 7 days has passed, or after your account is renewed, then unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund. Please note: upgrades to hosting services, domain registration and transfer and SSL certificates are non-refundable. Our policy regarding service VPS Hosting and Dedicated Servers are as follows: All payments to VPS or Dedicated Server is cancelled no refund nonrefundable including all setup fees and a variety of license cPanel, Softaculous, Virtualize, etc.

GiloNetwork.com also reserves the right to cancel Your account 72 hours with notification events should occur where there is evidence that the right infringement very rough or vulgar in communications with our staff or if your account has adverse effects on other users of the services and/or cause other users to have a decline in service levels or out of proportion.

Automatic extension When you sign up, your account will be activated by GiloNetwork.com auto-renewal, which means that when Your renewal date arrives, your hosting plan and domain will be renewed. When the time for renewal, the credit card you have on file will also be debited. If you do not want this to happen, and you don't want to renew your account, you must cancel 14 days prior to the date of Your extension. If you fail to cancel 14 days prior to renewal, your account will be extended to the use of new, so please be sure to fill out the cancellation form above if you do not want to extend. Extension fees will be refunded immediately because it cannot be debited. Your Account is always extended according to the date that is listed in the billing.

If more than 14 days has passed since the date of the respective invoice for the hosting services is issued to you and we have not received payment in full, we will suspend your account, which means that your data and website will not be available. If within 7 days after you pay the full amount due, so that your account is up-to-date, we will take your account out of suspension and the data will be available again. However, if 7 days pass from the date your account is renewed, and you have not made payment in full, GiloNetwork.com reserves the right to delete all data you have uploaded to the server. You hereby acknowledge that this is a policy of GiloNetwork.com when it comes to data retention, and release all rights to Your data in these situations.

Backup We will make every effort to safeguard Your data offsite backups for free. However, as with the data storage system, backup may fail. We advise you to make backups yourself periodically.

The Ability Of Illegal Activities GiloNetwork.com strives to maintain a high level of service, and many customers depend on high quality standards. So, we will not provide service to those who use our services for:

Hacking, which includes, for example, penetrating or attempting to access, without permission, on other computer network. Port scans, stealth scans, and credit card fraud techniques phishing; also forbidden. Hosting of files or other data that violates the copyrights of others or intellectual. When this provision applies This provision will take effect after you purchase your order with us or opening an account with us for web hosting services (Web Hosting, VPS Hosting, etc.) If you are a customer who is already registered, and you do not agree to the terms herein, please cancel your account.
